These are Orion Satellite Systems’ Customer Terms. When we supply you with Telco Products, our Customer Terms apply by agreement between us or, failing agreement, under section 479 of the Telco Act. When we supply you with non-Telco Products, our Customer Terms apply as our standard terms of business. A Table of Contents is provided at the end of this document in Part H.
